Postdoctoral Associate in Metabolic Toxicology
One full-time postdoctoral associate position, funded through an NIH grant, is available. Duties involve conducting research in determining the mechanisms for weight loss associated with a popular dietary supplement. Candidate must have a Ph.D. degree in toxicology or other related areas. Research experience in rodent surgery, behavioral and metabolic testing, real-time RT-PCR, western blotting, and immunohistochemistry are preferred. Candidates will be part of a highly collaborative research environment. Candidates must hold visa to work in the US. NIH scale salary support is available. Rutgers New Brunswick Campus is located in a suburban area of central New Jersey with convenient access to major metropolitan areas including New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.
