Forward Food Leadership Summit

Registration is open for the free Forward Food Leadership Summit on Wednesday, May 22nd with Rutgers University Institute for Food, Nutrition & Health. On May 22nd, you'll hear from food and nutrition experts on how they're addressing the ever-increasing demand for plant-based menu items and how they've transformed their dining operations to be healthier and more sustainable.

Seats are available on a first come first serve basis.
